We offer 3 standard rental periods:

• Up to 6-hour Rental: For standard infltable rentals, you pick a start and end time duration up to 6 hours long that falls between 9am and 7pm.
  
  If you want your rental to last longer than 6 hours, or to go past 7pm, select the Overnight option of call/text us for a custom quote.

• Overnight Rental: Your rental is dropped of before your start time on day 1 and is picked up anytime after 7:30am on day 2.

• 3 Day Rental: This can be used on any consecutive 3 days (weekdays are fine too!). Let us know your start time on Day 1 and your rental will be picked up at any time after that same time on Day 3. (for example. If we drop off your rental on Friday at 11:00 am, we would pick it up anytime after 11:00am on Sunday.)
  
  Custom Durations Available!

When you book your inflatable, we ask for your event start and end times. This is so we can be sure we have your rental set up and ready to go before your event starts!

We will drop off and set up your rental any time up to 24hrs before your event starts, but usually only an hour or two before. The possible Extra time is free, but if you need the drop off to occur within a specific narrow time window, contact us and we can accomadate it.

About two days before your event, you'll receive a text and email with a two hour window that your rental will be dropped off during. Similarly, we will also email you the pick up window for when we will pick up your rental after your event. Occasionally, this may be the next day as well unless a specific window is requested by you.

7pm is our latest pickup time. Some rentals with a 7pm pickup time will be picked up up to 2 hours after 7pm, but any time later than 7pm cannot be guaranteed. If you need your rental later than 7pm, an overnight rental would be a great option! (it's only $40 more!)

*Large events with later end times (at venues that cannot keep rentals overnight) can often be accommodated. Please contact us to set up a special delivery and pickup schedule!

All rentals include:

• Tarps or impact mats for entrances and exits to the inflatable. Full tarpage avaialble at no cost upon customer request.

• THICK 18in long stakes to secure the inflatable. Bounce and Blast proudly uses heavier duty stakes than the vast majority of Central Florida Bounce companies.

• A 50ft heavy-duty 12g extension cord for each blower. Inflatables must be located within 75 feet of a power source as per insurance regulations and safety best practices (the more extension cord length, the more voltage loss experienced and the more electrical resistance increases - which increases the odds of a “random” short.)

• *** Customers are expected to have their own garden hoses. If you do not, we will leave one with you for $25 (now you permanenetly have a good hose!) For large/special events, we can provide hoses for a small fee.)

Yes! Bounce and Blast is fully insured. Any customer may request a copy of our general Certificate of Insurance at no additional cost.

If your organization needs to be specifically named on our insurance policy, we are happy to have you added! There will be a one-time $25 fee (if we add you once, you won't need to pay again for any future rentals at the same location). Let us know the specific wording you need and we can set it up in 2-5 days.

No, you will be instructed on how to deflate your rental when it's delivered. This is important for 2 reasons:

• Safety! While we keep an eye on the weather and will not set up in unsafe conditions, we know that Florida storms can be hard to predict! If winds ever exceed 18mph, you will need to stop using the inflatable and deflate it! (it's as simple as a button push!)

• Overnight and Weekend Rentals: we know 3 days is a long time to keep the inflatable running. If you have an overnight rentals, you are permitted to turn the inflatable off overnight and then re-inflate it in the morning.

Full payment is due 24 hours before your rental. You will receive a final payment link in your confirmation email when you book as well as in the email you receive the day before your event telling you when we will be dropping your rental off.

Large Events may have custom cancelation policies. For “Backyard” style and other events under $2,000:

• Cancelation requests made more than 5 days before an event date are eligible for a full refund or free party rescheduling.

• Cancelation requests made within 5 days from an event date and before 10am the day before an event do not lose their funds, and instead have free party rescheduling -the payments made so far as held as a rain check for a future Bounce and Blast booking made within 13 months.

• If it is after 10am the day before and event, no payments are refundable and we may not even be able to reschedule, the remaining balance being due.

• Keep in mind, it rains in Florida regulalry, but Florida is the #2 State in the country for Inflatable rentals. Rain in a given location is often temporary, and "bad rain" is generally brief, the water slide fun can often resume after just a 30 minute break!
